Check In is at 2.00pm unless otherwise agreed upon.

Check Out
Check out is 10.00am. Late check out can be arranged subject to room availability and is charged at 50% of the daily room rate for checkout prior to 4:00pm. A full daily rate applies after 4:00pm.

Chemist
Located at Smithfield shopping centre. Sunscreen and some pharmaceutical can be purchased at the Village Shopping Centre “Day/Night Drug Store and Beauty Shop”.

Housekeeping for Apartments
The normal tariff includes a service every 5th consecutive day, unless otherwise stated. Linen and towels are replaced with this service. Daily servicing can be easily arranged, or extra linen, towels or additional cleaning if required, just ask us. Cot and high chairs for infants are available for nominal rental.
